Good Governance Package 

A Good Governance package:  elected, independent Auditors at every level where the following are housed, staffed, and funded:

       – Inspector General function

       – A Good Governance/Citizen Oversight board populated by competent citizens with at least a $1 million public relations budget to allow them to communicate directly to voters to influence their votes. This board should also be reviewing election processes to hopefully make a path for Jesse’s agenda.

        – Whistle Blower function to include Refuser Protections (protecting those who refuse illegal orders).

        – Performance Audits by this Auditor.
