FORTY TRILLION missing from Pentagon 

The Audit the Pentagon Act of 2023 is an attempt to deal with the fact that the Pentagon has failed 5 audits in recent years and cannot account for FORTY TRILLION DOLLARS!  For minimal costs Steve Blank (Pentagon Auditing Advisor) says that the Pentagon could lead the way in auditing techniques!  The number has increased from a few trillion, as reported by Sec. Rumsfeld in 2001, to 40 trillion currently.  The unabated, regular increases should be an indication that the powers-that-be do not want to remedy this problem!  Can you imagine what we could accomplish if we could recover $Forty Trillion!  Just stopping the hemorrhaging could accomplish a lot.  Why can’t we utilize these facts to substantially reduce the Pentagon budget?  It’s clear that the Pentagon is grossly over funded even without taking these facts into consideration.  Let’s demand action NOW!
